Rehearsal Dinner

The Rehearsal Dinner is usually held the night before the wedding after the bridal party attends the rehearsal at the church. The etiquette is to invite the bridal party and close family, but this custom has been expanded to include family and friends that are important to the couple and guests that have travelled to attend the wedding.

The invitations can be as casual or elegant as the venue where the party is held. These invitations are mailed two to three weeks after the bride mails the wedding invitations.
